• The successfully rebuilt the Marx generator, was used to study the physics of lightning and ozone production. In arid regions such as Arizona, the mechanisms of rain production are of great interest and importance. In turn, the high strength electric fields (that cause lightening) interact heavily with raindrop formation. |

Theory / R&D • Bill knowledge of physics (especially E&M Fields and Waves) and chemistry was applied here. Hardware • Bill’s extensive "hands-on" experience with all kinds of electrical/electronic components, circuits and test instruments can be applied to almost any product research, development, and production. |

By pushing beyond the current state-of-the-art, there are these opportunities: • Today, renewable energy generation, storage and transmission are especially important technologies. Bill's diverse experinece in high voltage systems, energy generation and storage and physics R&D has a great deal to offer. |
